Navigating Living with Parents in Toronto to Save for Rent

I'm really conflicted about moving back home to save for rent in Toronto. I’ve heard it's pretty common these days, but it feels strange as an adult. Is this just the reality for many? I want to know if it's my only option or if others have found ways to manage rent without living with parents.
