I'm on the hunt for a decent 2 bedroom apartment in Toronto under $2,500. It feels like a challenge! Are there specific neighborhoods I should focus on for finding a 2BR under 2500? I've encountered some strange lease clauses and landlord requests. Is this normal? Any tips would help!
