Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a one bedroom under $1500 in Toronto, but it's tough. Has anyone found a decent 1 bed $1500 lately? Any recommendations for areas with cheaper options? I’m a bit nervous about approval too, so I'd love to know what landlords typically look for in applications.
