Concern Regarding Recent Rent Increase and Legality

I've just received a notification about a rent increase that exceeds the guideline set by the province. Given the current economic climate, I'm worried about the affordability of housing and whether these hikes are fair and legal. Can someone advise on how to address this at the LTB?
