Finding the Right Apartment Near U of T

Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a roommate and an affordable place close to the University of Toronto. It's tricky balancing budget with being near campus. Has anyone had luck finding students to share with? Any tips on lease negotiation for September would be super helpful!
