N12 Notice

We've been given an N12 notice to leave after refusing a 15% illegal increase. We are supposed to leave on the 31st but are having a hard time finding a place. My credit rating is fine but my partner's is terrible. We have always paid the rent on time and have asked our landlord for a reference. She said she will only confirm our tenancy. I'm at the end of my rope. I'm disabled and finding a 2 bedroom to live in without stairs is difficult. Unless of course I like bugs and terrible maintenance.
