Is living with parents the only way to afford rent in Toronto?

I feel so conflicted about living with my parents again to save for rent in Toronto. It seems so common these days, but is it really my only option? Sometimes I wonder if this is what adulting looks like. Anyone else navigating this awkward situation of being an adult at home?
