Vinyl flooring off‑gasses compounds that interact with our bodies in ways most landlords never consider. I’ve had the genetic testing done: impaired methylation means my system can’t detox these exposures the way others might. Housing should not be renovated or built to give Princess Margaret new customers — stop cutting corners with synthetic surfaces that look sleek but quietly erode our wellbeing.
