Can you believe my landlord? Repairs ignored for weeks!

I've been waiting for weeks for my landlord to fix a broken heater. It's freezing in here and I've submitted multiple requests. The sink leaks, and the fridge is on the brink. It's appalling how they can ignore such basic habitability issues. I shouldn't have to live in these conditions!
