Are these lease clauses normal? So confused!

I came across a lease that requires renters to pay for 'natural wear and tear' on the property! What? I thought that was just part of living in a place. Also, they want a 'cleaning deposit' that’s non-refundable, but what exactly does that cover? Anyone else see this?
