I'm beyond frustrated with my landlord! The heat hasn't worked for weeks, and despite multiple requests, nothing has been done. The kitchen sink leaks and the broken light fixtures make it feel like I'm living in a dark, dingy cave. Why are landlords allowed to ignore our basic needs like this?
