Questioning the Legality of My Recent Rent Increase

I've just received a notice of a rent increase that seems excessive and possibly illegal. With everything going up in Toronto, I'm worried about affordability and fairness in the housing market. What are my rights regarding guideline increases, and how can I contest this at the LTB if it's unjust?
