Ideal Apartment Size for Working from Home

I'm curious about the ideal apartment size needed for WFH. Is a studio too small for a comfortable setup? How much space do you typically need for a dedicated office versus a shared space? Would 500 sqft be sufficient to create a productive working from home environment?
