Confused but Determined - Need Help with LTB Process

I'm feeling overwhelmed by the eviction process and the ins and outs of the Landlord Tenant Board. I keep hearing about T2 and T6 forms, but I'm not sure which one applies to my situation. I want to fight for my rights as a tenant but need guidance on how to navigate this legal maze.
