Is the Freshco at Stephanie St and Fourth St still open?

I've been wondering about the Freshco at Stephanie St and Fourth St. It used to be such a convenient spot for groceries, and I really loved their selection. I'm looking for short-term rental options in the area and want to know if that Freshco is still there or if something has changed.
