Frustrated Tenant: Landlord Ignoring Urgent Repairs!

I'm at my wit's end. My landlord refuses to fix a leaking pipe and broken heating system. It's been weeks, and I can't tolerate living in these conditions anymore. I've read about T6 applications and rent abatements, but I feel lost. Are there legal avenues I should explore? Please help!
