Weekly GO Train ride from Mississauga to downtown Toronto

Hey everyone! I'm a new international student commuting regularly via the GO Train from Mississauga to downtown Toronto. How reliable is the GO Train? What’s the frequency like during peak hours, and is a monthly GO pass worth it for regular travel? Any tips would be great!
