Urgent help needed: escaping my lease early! 😩

I'm really stressed about being stuck in my lease as it's ending soon, but I need to leave ASAP. I've heard about N11 agreements and subletting, but I'm unsure where to start. I'm worried about potential penalties for breaking without landlord cooperation. Any tips or advice?
