I've noticed a steep rent hike alongside parking fees in my building. With Toronto's rising cost of living, this feels unjust. Are landlords allowed to increase rent beyond the guideline? What can tenants do to challenge unfair hikes at the LTB? I'm worried about maintaining affordability.
