Looking for rental deals near Ontario Line construction!

Hey everyone! I'm moving to Toronto and heard about the Ontario Line and Eglinton LRT construction. I'm wondering if there are any rental discounts available in those areas? I see the inconvenience, but I'm curious if there are great deals to be had with these trade-offs!
