Grateful for My Responsive Landlord in Toronto!

Just wanted to share how grateful I am for my landlord! They respond to maintenance requests almost immediately and have kept rent increases reasonable. It feels great to have a landlord who genuinely cares about their tenants. It's made my first apartment experience so much better!
