Frustrated with landlord's refusal for repairs - urgent help needed!

I’m at my wit's end! My landlord is ignoring urgent repair requests—things like leaking pipes and broken heating. Living in these conditions is unbearable, and I can't seem to get through to them. What are my legal options? Can I submit a T6 application for this? I'm desperate for help!
