Dealing with Noisy Neighbors in Toronto: Tenant Rights?

I'm at my wit's end! My noisy neighbors leave me restless at night, and my landlord won't help with my noise complaints. What are my tenant rights regarding noise here in Toronto? I can't believe how difficult it is to enforce quiet hours. Any advice on what to do would be appreciated!
