Hi everyone, I'm in a bit of a bind. My lease on my current apartment in Leslieville ends next week, and I'm still looking for a new place. Does anyone have insights on the local rental market? Is $2300 reasonable for a 1-bedroom? Also, any tips on avoiding scams would be super helpful!
