What red flags should I watch for during Toronto apartment viewings?

I'm new to Toronto and apartment hunting. Just had a viewing where the landlord seemed super pushy about signing right away and wouldn't let me take photos. Got me wondering what other red flags I should watch for. What have been your experiences? What made you walk away from a place?
