Are rental bidding wars still happening in 2025?

I'm curious about the current rental market in Toronto. Are bidding wars still a thing? I've heard that the competition has cooled down a bit, but do you still need to offer more than the asking price for rentals, especially for parking spots? Looking for any insights!
