Tired of the landlord ignoring my repair requests!

I've been living in this rented unit for months now and my heat isn't working properly. I've sent numerous repair requests, but it's like I'm yelling into the void! It gets cold here, and I'm frustrated that my landlord doesn't seem to care about my living conditions.
