Looking for Flexible Lease Options in Toronto

I'm in search of month-to-month leases in Toronto as I really don't want to commit long-term right now. My plans are uncertain, and I need some flexibility. Are there landlords who might be open to short-term agreements or options to convert to monthly after a year?
