I’m feeling overwhelmed as I'm currently stuck in a lease in Toronto but really need to leave early due to personal reasons. I'm exploring options like an N11 agreement, subletting, or any ways to break without penalty. How can I navigate this with my landlord? Any advice would be appreciated!
