Weird lease term about snow removal - is this normal?

I'm about to sign a lease in the Beaches and noticed a clause stating I'm responsible for snow removal from the front walkway. Is this typical in Toronto? I've never dealt with this before, but the rent is already $2200/month. Should I negotiate this? Thanks for any insights!
