Anyone dealing with landlords in Parkdale?

I'm over it. My landlord in Parkdale barely fixes anything, and the building has been falling apart. I know it’s a vibrant area, but the stress of dealing with endless maintenance issues is killing my vibe. Is anyone else feeling this way? How do you handle it?
