Confused about filing T2/T6 at LTB - Seeking guidance!

I'm feeling really lost with the whole process of filing forms like T2/T6 at the Landlord and Tenant Board. Is it normal to have such complicated rules? I want to fight my case but I'm not sure what to expect at the hearing. Any advice on how to navigate this chaos would be appreciated!
