Renting in Leslieville: Is $2500 reasonable for a 1BR?

I've been eyeing a one-bedroom in Leslieville listed for $2500. It seems a bit steep compared to previous months, but the upgrades are nice and it’s close to the streetcars. For those living in the area, is this a fair price? Or should I keep looking?
