Are 24-hour notice rules really enough for tenant privacy?

I’m feeling really uneasy about my landlord's practice of entering my unit with just a 24-hour notice. Is this standard? What are my rights regarding notice periods and entry? I value my personal space and want to ensure I'm protected legally during my tenancy. This situation feels invasive.
