Is November a good month to rent in Toronto?

I'm looking to rent a one-bedroom in the Junction area, but I've heard mixed things about the current market. Is now a good time to rent? I'm seeing listings around $2200, but I’m not sure if that's reasonable. Any insights on vacancy rates or prices for this time of year would be appreciated!
