Need advice on finding a roommate in Kensington Market

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in Kensington Market starting January. Renting for about $1800/month total. Ideally, I want someone easygoing who respects shared spaces. Any tips on finding someone compatible? Also, is this a reasonable price for the area?
