Worried About Condo Special Assessments for Renters

I’ve heard about special assessments affecting condo residents, and I’m worried about how this impacts renters like me. Will we have to pay for these increased condo fees? Could our rent go up because of the assessment? I’m even considering leaving my place if costs keep rising.
