How to report my terrible landlord in Toronto?

I'm fed up with my awful landlord and need to know where to report them. What are the best ways to file a complaint? I’ve heard about RentSafeTO and the tenant hotline. Can anyone share steps for getting them in trouble through 311 or the LTB? I want justice!
