Liberty Village noise levels - is it really that bad near the tracks?

Looking at a place in Liberty Village that's about 200 meters from the GO train tracks. The rent is amazing for the space and amenities, but I'm worried about train noise. Current Liberty Village residents - how bad is it really? Does it vary by building? Can you sleep through it or is it a dealbreaker?
