Frustrated with My Unresponsive Landlord in Toronto

I've been dealing with a landlord who just doesn't care. Promises to fix the leaking faucet and broken heater go unanswered for weeks, and when I finally reach out, I get empty assurances. It's exhausting, and I feel like my concerns are falling on deaf ears. Can anyone else relate?
