Help choosing between a condo and an apartment in Kensington Market!

I'm moving to Toronto next month and trying to decide between renting a condo or an apartment in Kensington Market. I found a condo for $2500 and a cozy apartment for $2100. Is the extra for the condo worth it? Any advice on amenities or neighborhood vibe would be great!
