frustrated tenant seeking help with repair issues and landlord refusal

I'm at my wit's end with my landlord's refusal to address urgent repairs in my unit. Leaky pipes and mold are serious issues, yet they've ignored my requests for months. What can I do? I've heard about T6 applications and rent abatement, but I'm unsure how to proceed legally. Any advice?
