Need help deciding between condos and apartments in Kensington Market

I'm moving to Toronto in January and torn between a condo and an apartment in Kensington Market. I found a condo for $2600 vs an apartment for $2200, both 1-bedroom. I love the area, but can’t decide if the condo's amenities are worth the extra cost. Any thoughts?
