Hey everyone, I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in the Annex. Rent is $1800/month plus utilities, but I'm worried about the potential for conflicts in shared spaces. Anyone have tips on what to look for in a roommate or how to address concerns before signing a lease?
