Confused about LTB filing and hearing process - help needed!

I'm really unsure about the whole process of filing T2/T6 forms at the LTB. The steps seem overwhelming, and my landlord keeps making unusual requests that I feel are unfair. Is that even normal? I’m determined to fight for my rights, but I could use some guidance on what to expect at the hearing.
