Curious about pre-con rentals, but cautious about the process

I'm excited about the idea of renting a pre-construction condo, especially since pet-friendly options are hard to find in Toronto. However, I'm concerned about potential construction delays and the risks of renting in a building that isn't completed yet. Would love to hear thoughts on this balance!
