3BR under $3000 search - any luck?

I’m finding it so frustrating trying to locate a cheap 3 bedroom in Toronto for under $3000! The market is a nightmare with some landlords just unresponsive or only accommodating their friends. Any leads on areas where I might find affordable three bedrooms? Roommates are an option, too!
