Seriously, how is anyone affording these rents in Toronto?!

Another rent increase, seriously? Just got outbid AGAIN! $400 jump in my lease, and my landlord thinks it’s totally fine! And don't even get me started on the bachelor for $2800 – who has that kind of money?! This market is beyond ridiculous and it's making me lose hope.
