Stuck in lease, need advice to break early! Help needed!

I'm feeling really stressed because I need to leave my apartment early, but I'm stuck in my lease. What are my options? I've heard about N11 agreements and subletting, but I'm worried about penalties. Can anyone share experiences or advice about landlord cooperation?
