Living with noisy neighbors - a daily struggle

Dealing with constant noise from neighbors and street construction is exhausting. The walls in this place are paper-thin, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. I've tried earplugs and white noise, but some days it feels unbearable. Is this something others face in Toronto too?
